Vanity Fair Full Slip: A beautiful
new slip from Vanity Fair in a lovely baby blue. This slip of Tricot
All Nylon trimmed with beautiful floral lace at hemline and bodice that
is sandwiched between sheer layers. Bodice is trimmed with floral lace appliqués.
Straps are ribbon, adjustable with metal slides. This garment is gently
worn, but does have a couple of small flaws: firstly a couple of stitches
have come out of a seam, which is very easily repaired and secondly a very
tiny hole on left front panel. Please see detail pictures. Made in the USA. Size: 36 (per label) |

Charm Mini Length Full Slip: Daisy design lace makes up the entire
body of this beautiful full slip and is backed with sheer nylon. The bottom
edge is trimmed with scalloped lace and a sheer lace attaches the bodice

Maid Full Slip: Definitely a fabulous French Maid,
from Montreal Canada, slip in an olive green! This slip has a lovely lace
bodice with matching lace at the hemline. This slip has been gently worn
- there are a couple of flaws: a few stitches have come out where the
strap attaches to the body, but this is on the seam and is easily repairable;
there is a spot, on the skirt which appears like it will come out with

Fabulous Full Slip: A great full slip in a lovely
ivory 'parachute' nylon. This slip is beautifully hand made - you would
never guess it by looking at it. We have never seen such a professionally
made piece. The waistline has 'basque' waist where it drops into a 'V'
center front. The top and bottom edges are both adorned with an floral
embroidered trim that has a scalloped edge. In the left side seam, there
is a nylon zipper. The grosgrain ribbon straps have metal slides. Due
to being handmade, there are no tags giving us a size so we have done
thorough measurements to aid you in sizing - please see below. This garment
is truly a lovely slip that has been very gently worn, well cared for

Mod Floral
Half Slip: A great little slip bringing back the days of
the 'flower children'. Brightly colored floral pattern in pink, green
and blue will definitely brighten your day! This garment has an ILGWU
tag which shows the fabric to be 100% Nylon (feels like a taffeta) and
size Medium/Short. A few stitches are out at the
bottom of one side seam and a couple of spots on the scalloped hemline
that look like a stitch as come out but is not noticeable and does not

Directoire Knickers: Hot!
Hot! Hot! These babies are so hot you just might burn yourself! Seriously,
these are a fabulous pair of nylon directoire knickers obviously in
a bright red. There is a line of elastic on the leg then the bottom
5" has 4 rows of alternating ribbon and lace all sewn on a sheer
nylon mesh allowing for a 'see-though' look between the rows. The left
leg is adorned with a sewn on satin bow. They have a diamond kite shaped
gusset to the front. Condition is very good, have been worn but well
cared for. Waist elastic at back seam has a bit of a wave to it. Also
on the bottom row of lace on the left leg, there appears to be some
home machine stitching - looks as if perhaps the lace was pulling loose
from the mesh. These are definitely in wearable condition. Circa 1950-60s.

Vintage Vanity
Fair Full Slip: What can one say about Vanity Fair
slips and lingerie other than they are in the top manufacturers for
lovely and feminine garments. This beauty comes in a light peach color
(picture doesn't give a good representation of the color). The bodice
is double layered tricot with the top layer having floral embroidery
on both front and back of garment. Under the cups and around entire
top edge is a floral lace trim with the same lace, 4" deep, strip
at the hemline. Adjustable straps have metal slides. Length is 32".
This garment is used but very gently worn. It is in excellent condition.
One strap does have four tiny dots of green - appears to be ink(?) or
possibly from the metal slide(?) and certainly doesn't take away from
the elegance of this garment. Tag reads: Vanity Fair, Tricot,
All Nylon, Size 32. Size: 32 |

Vintage Van Raalte "Tall" Full Slip: An
elegant creation by Van Raalte for the tall girl. This
full slip comes in white nylon. The bodice has embroidered
flowers and vine design topped with 1 ¼"
chiffon. The hemline consists of a row of the embroidered flowers
and the chiffon as well. The straps are satin ribbon and adjustable
with metal slides. This garment has the typical Van Raalte
blue printed tag which reads: Van Raalte, Opaquelon, Made
in the U.S.A, Nylon, 7909, 36 T. This slip is in excellent condition
with no flaws and appears unworn or gently worn. |

Vintage Van Raalte Ruffled Half
Slip: Van Raalte
is one of the top names in luxury lingerie and this is one of
their fabulous creations. Made from 'Opaquelon' Nylon, this half slip
is a light pink color with a 6" pleated ruffle at the bottom
edge graduating from light pink to fuchsia.
This garment is in good condition but does have some flaws. The tag
is missing plus the waist has a stitched on elastic that has come
loose (please view detailed picture). There is a very tiny spot (measures
3mm by 1mm) that should wash out. With a bit of loving care
this lovely vintage garment will be wearable for many years to come. |

in a lovely powder blue. It has a vee shaped bodice with the cups
covered in floral lace with gathers on the underside. The entire top
edge is outlined with a row of sheer tricot. The hemline is adorned

row of the floral lace as well. Ribbon straps are adjustable using
the blue, metal slides. This slip does not have any tags so we will
